CAMCATTLE is a local, family farm based in Cambridge city, founded more than 20 years ago by Angelika. We graze Red Poll beef cattle on the local commons, nature reserves, and re-naturalisation projects. The grass-fed beef is dry aged for 21 days, ensuring its flavour and marbling is excellent. Only feeding grass means that we use the sun to convert something we can not eat ourselves into highly nutritious food through the help of herbivores.
